Today I’m going to talk about how to go gluten-free. I believe it is so important to go gluten-free because gluten is a protein that is very difficult for most people to digest. Today, 1 out of every 133 people have celiacs disease and cannot tolerate gluten at all and 1 out of every 7 people are severely gluten intolerant and notice an outward reaction.

Symptoms of Gluten Intolerance:
-Fatigue
-Lack of energy
-Weight gain
