WHAT I EAT IN A DAY IN THAILAND – GLUTEN FREE/CELIAC

WHAT I EAT IN A DAY IN THAILAND – GLUTEN FREE/CELIAC video:

More about WHAT I EAT IN A DAY IN THAILAND – GLUTEN FREE/CELIAC: Today we wandered around Chiang Mai and I showed off my gluten-free diet of the day! I loved showing the gluten free options in thailand but as a disclaimer I wanted to say this is not me preaching a special diet or anything, I myself am a diagnosed celiac, I am just simply showing what is available in Thailand. I normally eat way healthier and way less sugar while at home but while travelling I take what I can get as safe as possible.
Eating gluten-free is a bit tough while travelling and you do have to risk it sometimes but Thailand has actually been one of the easier countries in my opinion!

**Eating g-free is just like at home here though, it is still cheap but going to cost a bit more than regular food, you could easily live off $6 street food per day if you had no allergies and were really budgeting but for us a good safe meal was worth the money 🙂 BUT imo, eating for $12 a day is great compared to home where one gluten free meal at a restaurant can cost you upwards of $20 for one dish and thats only one meal not an entire day**
