1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 c. fresh basil or cilantro, chopped
1/2 tsp. hot pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp. sea salt
Combine all the ingredients in a glass or ceramic dish that is big enough to hold your steaks. You can either refrigerate it overnight or marinate for a couple of hours just before cooking.
